On Monday we should not exaggerate with food since we just passed the weekend and usually during weekends we usually don’t follow a healthy food regime… we like to eat something things  like pizza, hamburgers, sweets… this is because during weekends we usually go out and when we go out we eat what the restaurants offers…

Therefore a solution to our little weekend food mistakes is eat light healthy food on Monday…

My menu on Monday usually consist of vegetable and proteins at lunch, like zucchini and chicken, with a small piece of bread and for dinner instead a vegetable soup, without any bread…


In this way you will help your body eliminate the bad food assumed during weekends…
