Time to have breakfast…

Since my breakfast is made up of fruit, yogurt and cereals… in order to start to prepare it I first drink a cup of water as soon as I wakeup, following my Nespresso coffee and then I am ready to prepare my breakfast…

Since too much food is not good, like all products if we exaggerate they are not light and healthy anymore, I use the weight so that I don’t exaggerate with the amount of fruit…

I take my fruit from the fridge, usually blackberries, kiwi, mango, strawberries…

Then I weight them and I usually divide it like this:

Blueberries: 50 grams

Kiwi: usually weight 60/70 grams

Mango or strawberries: 80 grams

Add yogurt and cereals and enjoy your meal…
