New trend in the US… Smoothie Bowl…

It’s a new way of eating a smoothie… instead of drinking it… you eat it… 

How? Well they make the smoothie which seems a mix of yogurt and ice cream, for its compactness… then they add other ingredients which are not shaken in the smoothie, like other fruit, granola, chocolate… whatever you wish…

I did it at home and my smoothie base was done with greek blueberry yogurt, kiwi and strawberries… the top with blueberries, blackberries and mango…then I added granola, dried coconut and almonds…
