Need to take the train early in the morning?

We can’t miss our breakfast so find solutions to this problem…

When I need to wakeup early in the morning , at 6 am, for breakfast I eat a delicious ALL BRAN snack and 2 kiwi… after three hours I drink the healthy and fresh yogurt mix with fruit…
