You don’t need to be vegetarian to consume a meal just made up of vegetables and legumes… sometimes it’s good to not consume meat… 

It is good to clean our organism by consuming a vegeterian meal once in a while…

I found this fantastic vegeterian mix with spelt, carrots, zucchini, tomatoes, garbanzo beans and as a side dish steamed vegetables…
