For food intolerance or just because you don’t consume products with milk, almond milk would be a good solution for you…
I usually make my smoothies with low fat yogurt, but it’s nice fo find an alternative, so that we don’t exaggerate with one product…
I therefore prepared my smoothie with 2 small peaches and 2 apricots and added half cup of almond milk and half cup of cold water…
Result: delicious, fresh and healthy…
