Sport Means Also Pain


Whenever we train we risk our body, since any kind of movement we make could cause us some injures and therefore pain or even more important is where we train… but this does and won’t stop us from training… We just need to be careful and be ready to stop if we have any problems in order to not make it worst…

Due to bad street conditions my ankle started to hurt and it made my tibia contract… Conclusion: I need a pause and a check by my osteopath and choose a better place to train…

Be careful when you train but never give up… Find always a way to workout…
