Today I decided to take a break from workout… my muscles after an intensive workout week need a break… they need to recover…

So today let’s relax who has the possibility… go to the beach, pool or just your garden maybe…Do whatever your body needs to recover from some intensive workout…

To recover I will spend the day in my garden…

Don’t forget to do some stretching throughout the day…
