Good morning

I decided to decrease the quantity of fruit to intake during the morning, since I have notice that I was exaggerating, therefore now I will consume 150 grams of fruit in the morning in order to reach a total of 200 grams of fruit by the end of the day…

You know your body better than anyone else, therefore if you see that your body is reacting to something, change your habits…

Be smart…

Today my breakfast is composed by kiwi and blueberries and they make up a total of 150 grams… I then added my low fat yogurt and homemade granola…
