It is an alternative restaurant because you can choose from a list numerous of different small baguettes filled in different way…
The bread is made by them and in fact you can taste that it is just made and not from the day before…

The restaurant is really cheap and it is really good… it is a self-service restaurant…
I went to the one in Turin, but you can find it in many other places, like for example in Rome…
