After workout if you can recharge your muscles with cold water… I recharge by going in my pool for 10 minutes, by doing this ritual my muscles are ready to restart working out in a shorter period of time and my legs don’t hurt anymore…

You may be cold, no worries, you will feel better after, therefore don’t give up…
