Continue to workout with your friends… challenge yourself first of all and then challenge them… training with a friend will allow you to try some new exercises…

Checkout this video… it will show you a new exercise in which one person is laying down with its knees bend and the second person is sitting in front and it needs to hold her legs… the person laying down  needs to get up without putting her hands on the floor…
