Don’t stop training… don’t do it for someone, do it for yourself…

Today I trained using my TRX and I focused on working on my legs…

Lay down on the floor,  put your feet in the TRX hand tool and bend your elbows, now pull up your bottom from the floor and bring your legs to your shoulders… It’s more complicated to describe it than doing it…

Do the exercise for 1 minute then rest, repeat for 3 times…
