TRX LEGS WORKOUT 2


This week we modified an exercise we saw last week…

We are working again on legs with TRX…

You need to lay down on the floor, put your feet in the TRX hand tool, keep laying down and put up your bottom, now you need to bring your knees to your shoulders, your bottom needs to remain up and your arms need to be down your body…
